Nigerian music diva, Tiwa Savage has become an actress and executive producer.
The Somebody’s Son crooner revealed in a Wednesday post on Instagram that her debut movie, ‘Water and Garri’ is in the works.

Screen Daily reports that the movie Water and Garri is an offshoot of Tiwa’s 2021 EP of the same title.
In the movie, while in the city of Cape Coast in Ghana, the 43-year-old singer-cum-actress plays the role of a fashion designer with a budding career in the U.S. who returns to her home in Africa to confront the guilt she left behind.
